Auto Air Conditioning & Heater Repair: 2000 Blazer heater, chevy blazer, coolant level

I have a 2000 Chevy Blazer. The heater has been working up until the last week or so. The blower works perfectly fine but there is a minimal amount of heat coming out even when the blower is on low and on the highest heat setting. Bascically a week ago the heater would be roasting me and now there is no heat at all so I am cold. If any suggestions please reply.

1. check the coolant level in the radiator and the over flow container when the engine is bOTH hot and cold and make SURE both are full.

2. Are BOTH heater hoses HOT to the touch ?.

3. There is a fault with the heater core DAMPER DOOR controller and or the A/C-HEATER programmer.
