Auto body repair & detailing: fiberglass bumper 10 in crack, rust repair, fiberglass mat

hey what is the best product to use on my fiberglass, black widow bumper since i got a crack in it coming from where the headlight is almost straight down? Do you recomend bondoglass or just fiberglass?

Mac,I would recommend using fiberglass mat, not cloth.Bondo-glass is better suited for rust repair.If you want to use the bondo glass for your first coat on the outside to give it a little extra support thats ok too,you can then finish with regular body filler.I prefer Evercoat rage extreme because there is almost no pinholes to worry about.If you support the bumper with brackets this should also reduce the chance if it cracking again.
