Auto body repair & detailing: Key Scratches on hood, detail shop, audi a4

Question
I live in NYC and like most car owners park on the street and I came outside this morning to find that the front passenger side of my hood (Audi A4 2003) was scratched numerous times, looks like a key or other sharp object.  I think that it only damaged the clear coat, maybe some of the base, but I definitely can't see primer (which is a good thing).  I was wondering if a detail shop would be able to buff/sand it out (and an estimate on $$), or would I have to take it to a paint shop as a first resort.  Thank you!

Answer
A Detail shop would be my first bet and for under 75 bucks they should be able to wet sand it and buff it for you if it's dooable.  If it needs to be painted ask the detail shop if they would recommend a mobile airbrush guy.  Body shop is last resort as far as cost.  First resort as far as quality.
