Auto body repair & detailing: Door pad removal, rear view mirror, pad removal

Question
I need to remove the RH dor pad on a 1997 Cadillac Deville in order to get at the wiring harness for the outside rear view mirror.  Can U help?

There are many hidden screws and clips that hold them on just take out all the screws you see and pry very gently at one corner of the door pad and work you way around prying and looking for screws you might of missed They are not that easy but once you get it off you will say OK I see how she go's.
