Auto body repair & detailing: Fiberglass Hole Repair, dia hole, clean rag

Question
Ken, I have a Corvette that I accidentally drilled a 1/8 dia hole through the door panel.

Can this be repaired working from the door's exterior?  Will I be able to minimize any impact to the area adjacent to the hole so that I can use touch paint to repair?

Just take some fiberglass and and bondo spreader and fill the hole. It may take more than one application to fill the hole flush. Let dry between each application. Wipe the excess off with a clean rag and let dry. You may want to sand it little with 400 grit sand paper. Use your finger tip to minimize damage to the surrounding area.
