Auto body repair & detailing: 1992 Mercury Sable SW, mercury sable, cross members

This car has front end damage. My question is on this car can the dog house be removed and replaced with a used one or is it part of the body? The main damage is in the front cross members.

The doghouse is part of the crash cockpit to absorbe energy instead of the driver or passengers. You cannot splice that part of the car. Sorry, The amount of the work that needs to be done correctly is fanominal.
