Auto body repair & detailing: clear problems, camaro, bubbles

Question
I have a quick question for you guys. I am new to body work but so far I enjoy it. I decided to be brave and do all the body work on my camaro  myself and everything turned out great except the clear coat. I am using base/clear coat and I got the base layed down nicely but I started spraying my clear and the filter drier somehow seaped water through and completely ruined my clear job. It looks like a bunch of little bubbles under the shine. Is there an alternative to sanding it all off and starting over again? Please let me know I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you, James.

Answer
James,
We appologize for the delay in answering, we were having trouble with our email.
You will have to sand the clear where the bubbles are and then base and clear again.  In the future, if you see water on the clear while spraying, use air to blow it off.
Thank you,
