Car Alarms: Pursuit PRO 9244 question, alarmtek, door locks

Question
I have a PRO 9244 installed in my '96 Camry. I don't want the alarm part
anymore since it sometimes goes off accidently if I hit the switch. Also,  my car
is too old to worry about being stolen. I would like to keep the auto door locks
though. Is there any way to eliminate the alarm only? Snip the wires to the horn?

Doubtfull.
  You can turn off the alarm by valet override,
and retain the locks, but "auto lock" will be lost.

Are sure, you can disable the horn too, but again,
if there is starter kill and flashing lights, then that
really is'nt going to help.

Sorry, not alot of flexability on this.
