Car Alarms: 1994 mustang factory alarm, alarm systems, mustang

I just had a radio put in my car .by a pro.Got home alarm will not engage it still pops the trunk and makes a beeping noise when u hit the arm button but will not engage .Do you no why it might be doing that?
