QuestionHi, I have a 1998 land rover discovery and when it get cold outside the alarm will go off. This seems to happen in the early morning 3-4 am. The temp out side is 34 degrees or less. When to temp outside is above 34 degrees the alarm does not go off. I would like to disconnect but i am not sure how to do it. Any thoughts?
AnswerSounds like the alarm is activated when a perceptible
battery drain, like in cold weather, is showing.
Rather then paying to much attention to the alarm for now,
look at the charging system, battery etc...
This is probably the alarm doing it's job.
Let me know what you discover.
