Car Stereos: from stock infinity to aftermarket cd player, factory amps, infinity system

Hi. I need the instructions on how to install a cd player in my truck (97 dodge ram). it came stock with an infinity system(built in amp) and my husband and i tried to put a kenwood in, and it had no bass whatsoever couldnt figure it out so we just put the factory stereo back in, but now the cd player has completely quit working, so we are going to replace it, but i would like to have bass. your help is greatly appreciated. thank you and God bless.

im so sorry for the delay i finnally had a chance to sit down.

Ok in order to get the lows and mids working you need to turn on those factory amps. you can do this by connecting the blue/white wire on your deck to the blue/white wire on your aftermarket wiring harness hope this helps and sorry again for the delay.
