Car Stereos: stereo dosnt work, chevy blazer, power fuse

Question
I bought a new kenwoood stereo system for my 94 chevy blazer full size that i bought there was no stereo in it and well i put in the new plug hooked all the wires up and it does not work i went to check the fuse and found that there was two wires pluged in to it one on each side. i followed them to an alpine car alarm i have tryed to figure out where the wires might cross over but i just cant seem to figure out if that is the problem. What would you suggest.

man, seems that you are not powering up your deck if you are not able to find by no means whats the problem.
i would run my own power from the fuse box find a constant fuse and a switched power fuse and run them to your cd player that should do but i would try to fix your problem first its not very wise to do the connections like that but that would be the last resort.
