BMW Repair: blower motor resistor, blower motor resistor, heavy equipment mechanic

85 BMW 318i
Need to know the location or the best procedure to remove and replace the A\C heater blower motor RESISTOR, I tested the switch and is ok the blower has only one speed FAST. Summer is here and is nice to have all four speed settings  
Im 68 years old my background is heavy equipment mechanic Im retired and I like work in my car when I can. You can save me a lott of time and effort with any info you can share with me.

The fan speed resistor pack. You have this problem if your fan only works on high. The fan speed resistor pack which is at the middle bottom of the blower motor bracket. To remove it, just pull it up and out.
