GMC Repair: wipers, autohelp, professional facility

wipers work some times but at times i have to asist them to start then they stop at times and i have to asist them to start again i have a 1990 chevy lumia apv  do you think motor or pluse board

Most likely control board failure on the wiper motor.

However, I DO NOT provide any type of assistance with vehicle/ driver safety items such as wiper and brake questions due to possible liability should you perform a recommended procedure incorrecly and while driving the vehicle the same or more severe problem occurs and you wind up causing an accident.
