Acura Repair: 92 acura legend, high beams, acura legend

My astra alarm recently got took out of my car by a friend unexpectedly when I left it at his house for a couple weeks. Now when I turn on the head lights the security horn is a constant beep and only one light turns on I figured out that when I put the high beams on that the right high beam works and then on the left side the side marker or parking light goes on but the left head light doesn't turn on at all and all the wires are connected and under the dash  all the wires that were cut are put back together to the original ones. I think it might have something to do with the factory alarm. what do you think? can you help me out?

If I were in your place I would get a copy of a wiring diagram for your 92 Acura Legend. You can find it in a Hines Manual it's about 10 dollars for one. Follow the diagram and make sure that all the wires are correct, even though they might be the same colors it does not mean that it is in the right place.
