Cadillac Repair: sometime start sometime secruity lite, intermittent connection, front wheel drive

1991 fleetwood, front wheel drive with 4.9 engine
purchased brand new.  sometimes when you start it security lite comes on and you have to wait 10-15 minutes before it will start.  sometimes it will sometimes not.  this has been happening since the day it was purchased.  it's  happen more frequently now. Bought new key

2nd problem-change oil lite flashes by itself and the information center goes wild.  doesn't happen all the times, just sometimes.

The anti-theft module and or the key contacts within the steering wheel are making an intermittent connection. Can only be diagnosed by dealer as they have a special test box to test the system.

Intermittent cluster faults are very very hard to find. It could be the cluster failing but until it totally dies there is no way to test it.
