DASH LITES UP BATTERY IS FULLY CHARGE AND TRIED WITH JUMPER BATTERY AND NOTHING NO CLICKING NO NOISE AT ALL. I TRIED NEUTRAL POSITION AND TRIED ALL POSITION STILL NOTHING. I CHECKED AND THERE IS POWER TO STARTER ON THE LARGE STUD. NO POWER GOING TO THE SWITCH SIDE OF STARTER WHEN HOLD KEY IN START POSITION. I CHECKED FUSES AND FUSIBLE LINKS ITS OK. WHAT SHOULD I CHECK?

Answer
Hi John,
Check 40 amp fuse G in the power box as it supplies the starter relay and the starter solenoid. See if you get 12V on the rear-most pin of the starter relay when you turn the ignition key to 'Start'.
See if you have 12V on the out-board-most pin of the same relay even without using the ignition switch. If you have that, try switching out the relay with another one like it. If none of that works, then ground pin 76 at the pcm to verify whether the neutral start safety may be not closed (which this mimics) and it that corrects the issue then it very well might be the issue of that safety switch not being in the grounded position due to an improper cable adjustment.
