i have a 1981 chrysler cordoba i need 2 know were the location of the neutral safety switch is on this particular car it has a 5.2L 318 2bbl engine i dont know the tranny but i cant find the neutral switch please help

Hi Jerome,
My '83 manual shows that switch to be just above the oil pan seam, on the left side of the trans, just behind the vertical rod that is attached to the shift lever/throttle lever. It has a 3-contact connector.
I just saw your question in the 'pool' to which it had been referred after 'shopteacher' dropped out of the service, apparently.
