Chrysler Repair: Electrical/computer problem?, chrysler sebring, faulty computers

Question
I own a 2002 Chrysler Sebring Convertable. I had to have the water pump replaced on it last year. For the past three years, I have been having a problem with the front passenger side window moving at a slower rate of speed then the rest of the widows. The window also doesn't go completely down when I put the top of the car down. It has also refused to move at all in both the open and closed positions! It has been back and forth to the dealership 3 times at a cost of a hundred dollars a trip only to be told there isn't anything the says they have to go at the same rate of speed. Since the not moving at all problem corrected it self after I turned the car on and off several times, I wondered if it was an electrical problem that went along with the seat belt light and the air bag light that wouldn't go off that I had recently had them fix. I have also been telling them that for the last 6 months or so the transmission occasionally SLAMS causing the whole car to lurch. It is very frightening to me when this happens and it seems to be happening more often. At the dealership they just say "We didn't find anything." There is never any mention of them looking for it on my reciepts. I feel like I am being treated like a child and not being given the attention my car problem deserves. I was reading on the internet that some of these problems with newer cars are caused by faulty computers. Is that the direction I should have them look? I have the extended service warrenty pu I feel like they are trying to wait out the warrenty before actually finding and fixing the problem.
Sigh. I should have taken a car repair class!

you are so right the compuiter needs to be changed for the tranny.

and the window track is out of allinet this is why it moves slower than the other one .
u tell them to make this right .
