Isuzu Repair: 01 Rodeo Transmission repair, thunk, time thanks

I just had my 01 rodeo fixed due to racing up between 2nd and 3rd gears. Transmission was rebuilt,and the mechanic said that I need to give it a week or so so the computer to get in sync with the repair. there is a thunk when the gears shift,2nd to 3rd but it is an improvement. I'm going back tomorrow to have it looked atand hopefully adjusted,but feel like I've been screwed big time. Thanks in advance,Tom.

Well Tom. I had a trnasmission rebuilt one time and you know what I was in for? A transmission that worked flawlessly until I sold the truck. They need to fix their problem and the problem is they probably didn't space a synchronizer correctly or an incorrect amount of lubrication is the culprit. I apologize for the delay as well Tom.
