Land Rover Repair: dash lights, traction control system, flat space

Question
I have a 2003 freelander. Last year I was run off the road and hit a tree, now sometimes when i park if the car is on a slight tilt when i start the car 2 lights stay on one is a tc light and the other one is a little car with a ! under it I don't know what that light is. When they are on I can not use my windshield wipers, so you know what these lights are and why they would come on like that. Because if i park on a flat space and turn the car off and back on they go off. should I take it back to the repair shop that fix it and have them take care of this because it is still on warranty? Or should I just let it go because they don't come on al the time it's once in a while.

Answer
If the problem occurred as a result of the accident, the repair should be covered by the same insurance claim that paid for the body damage.  I would certainly go back.  As to the wipers not working when that happens . . .  I don't know why that would happen. The lights you are referring to are for the traction control system.  There is no reason a failure in there would disable wipers.  There's no way to say more about what's happening without looking at the car.

Just make sure whoever you take it to is really qualified to fix Land Rovers,
