When those engines skip and the ignition is all new, I am sorry to tell you the next most common cause is coolant intrusion into the combustion chamber, from a bad block or a bad head gasket.  Check the cylinders that log the miss with a bore scope and see if they are scoured clean.  If so, that's your answer.  If not, report back and we'll look at other options
