Plymouth Repair: Plymouth Voyager Starting Problems - 1998, plymouth voyager, side mirror

Question
My Voyager was running fine and recently had a new fuel pump put in.  Now when I hit the remote unlocking device, the lights do not light up, indicating, usually, that the car can start and the car will not do anything when the key is turned.  There is a clicking or buzzing sound from a large black square block like plug in device just above the series of regular row fuses under the bottom of the dash, on and above the right side of this fuse row.  The headlights don't come on and the tachometer "flipped" all the way around to the extreme right, while the other gauges react inaccurately.  The side mirror will turn by remote adjust but no electrical service is found in the car otherwise.  Any ideas?

Answer
Is this condition recent or did it happen right after you had the fuel pump replaced? Your question wasn't real clear on this issue. If this is a recent event then I'd suspect that there is a problem with the Body Control Module as that controls or is the gateway for all the major vehicle components. There is no way for anyone else, other than a dealership, that would be able to diagnose and repair this system.
