Land Rover Repair: locking whell nuts, land rover dealer, whell nuts

I have recently brought second hand discovery and in my excitement forgot to ask about the locking wheel nut key. Low and behold it is not there, when i took the vehicle to local land rover dealer they were absolutely unhelpful and i now have no idea how to get these locking whell nuts off, or who i can speak to about getting a matching key? I would really appreciate your help.

Land Rovers were not sold with locking wheel lugs from the factory.  Whatever you have was added by someone else.  That's why the dealer can't help.

If the former owner does not have a key you can probably have a shop knock them loose with an air chisel and replace them with regular lug nuts.

In my experience locking lugs cause far more problems than they solve.
