Land Rover Repair: shaking on the highway, wheel alignment, balljoint

Question
I have a 2000 Range Rover. When I drive on the highway, and the tire hits a crack or bump, it shakes. why would it do that. I can feel it in the steering wheele. when ever the front hits a crack.

Answer
Hi Shannon,

have your suspension tested at a local garage. Could be as simple as the shocks needing replacement. Could also be balljoint or steering related, so a wheel-alignment may reveal this too!  This can be done at most local garages and won't cost as much as a dealer.

Best of luck,
