Land Rover Repair: 2001 Disco Transmission Fluid Leak, hand brakes, fluid leak

Question
I have a 2001 Discovery II with 85,000 miles.  Small amounts of power steering or transmission fluid are leaking near the radiator.  I believe it is from a hose or connection to the cooling system.  Is this a serious problem that needs to be addressed immediately?  What does it take to repair it and how much should it cost?  Thanks for any help you can provide.

Answer
How big the pool of oil at the morning?

First you should know whick fluid is leaking. Check the power steerein fluid's level. If It's OK, than probably the transmission fluid leaking.
Try to clean the area, and the enviroment proper from oil. And when its dried, run the engine, put the gear in "D" (HAND BRAKES ON!), and try to overhaul where from the oil comes.

Please write me what you find.
