Land Rover Repair: vibrations, 96 Disco, spark plug wires, steering wheel

96 Dicso I-I'm feeling some vibrations as I accelerate.I can feel it through the gas pedal and on the floor board of the vehicle, but not through the steering wheel. It feels like it may be coming from the suspension-it feels like all of the wheels are loose (but I've checked them). I just replaced all the brake pads, rotors, front shocks, had the tires rotated and had the front end aligned within the last couple of months?

Hi Jenn,

could be the engine.  Maybe you have faulty or old/worn spark plugs and wires.  Have them changed.

Recently, I had 1 year old spark plug wires develop 2 shorts.  They were arcing within the connector to the spark plug.  I was getting all sorts of vibrations on acceleration.  

Installed new plugs and wires and the problem was resolved.
