PLEASE HELP....1996 DISCOVERY SE7....HELP, ITS HOT in TEXAS!

Answer
There is no connection between the rear windows and the air conditioner that I know of.  When the rear windows don't work the problem is usually the child lockout switch or the rear window ECU, located in the dash.

As to the AC - I'd suggest you find an AC shop and have it checked out
