Mitsubishi Repair: 1995 Mitsubishi Montero Fuse problem, amp fuse, mitsubishi montero

We started the suv yesterday and the taillights and dashboard lights didnt work. So we tried to replace the 10 amp fuse and it keeps blowing. We even tried replacing it with a 15 amp fuse with no luck. Any suggestions what to do next? We checked the bulbs and they are fine. Headlights and interior lights work.

This problem typically occurs when you have a blown bulb.  If you actually pulled every taillight, brake, and indicator bulbs and checked them, then your problem may be in the multi-switch in the steering column.  For that, I'd recommend you have a mechanic do a further inspection and to why the switch is bad.  It may simply be a fraid wire and you experiencing a short in the circuit.
