QUESTION: ok I went ahaed and located the tssm and unplugged it and yet still it blows the fuze could it be a problem in the ignition or maybe a front brake switch problem? Since it blows a fuse as soon as you turn on the ignition.

Answer
Since the TSSM was unplugged then you have a short in the wiring. What you need to do is start tracing. I would unplug all the componants from the lighting system, like the rear brake switch and front switch, and see if it blows. what you will have to do is start following the wires. You probably have a chaffed wire touching metal that is blowing the fuse
