Motorcycle Repair: dent in gas tank, gas tank, body shop

I have a dent in my gas tank.Ive heard all of the remedies from the shadetrees.What say the experts?

It is going to depend on how big the dent is. If its small then it can be filled and painted, if its a large dent then the tank is going to have to be replaced. The problem is you can get inside the tank to push on the dent. I would suggest taking it to a body shop and have them look at it to determine which way to go
