I have been riding my sportster for a year and am ready to upgrade engine to 1200.What do you reccomend.

Your best bet it to get Wisco Pistons that will work for the conversion without doing any headwork. You can either bore the cylinders you have out or buy new cylinders. I would suggest changing the cams to to a higher lift cam also, so you get better performance. If your bike is imjected then you will have to remapp the ECM, or the bike will run to lean
