What is the float adjustment on the carburetor of the 1974 Honda 360CB?

Bill, the float level setting is 18.5mm.

Setting the float requires that the measurement be made from the bottom of the float to the carb body surface, about in the middle from the front to back. Raise the float to where the little adjustment tang just pushes the float needle up into place, w/o compressing the spring-loaded needle. If the carbs are off the bike, just lie them over on the side, so the weight of the float doesn't compress the tip.
