WHAT SHOULD THE AIR PRESSURE ON THE FRONT FORKS BE, MY WHEIGHT IS 250 lbs. AND I SOMETIME RIDE DOUBLE?

Hi Ken.
 The air pressure setting for the forks on any bike varies from model to model and I do not have those references available to me.

Check your repair manual or owner's manual (you should have one or, ideally, both).  It will have all of those specs for you as well as rear shock settings to match the fork settings.
