My 2003 Infiniti G35 keeps over heating what could be the problem

Hello -

Might want to check the following. I have listed them in the order of probability:

thermostat
Is the cooling fan working? It is supposed to go on when the A/C is on and when the temp reaches a certain level. If not, check the:
Fan motor
Fan switch/sensor
Fan relay

Also, some possibilities for overheating may be a slipping transmission, clogged radiator, or exhaust system
