Nissan Repair: My Nissab xterra, nissan xterra, nissab

Question
I was hooking up an new radio in my nissan xterra and my brother turn the car on and my red 12v wired touch my black ground wired while in was on and now it wont come on even the one i took out? What should i do?

Hi Joshua -

You probably blew a fuse. Under the dash on the driover's side, you should see a box with fuses in it. Find the one that is labeled radiop, and replace it. It just plugs in. Can be purchased at any parts store, or sometimes you have a spare in the fuse box.
