Nissan Repair: 1999 maxima drivers side mirror, side mirror, vapor barrier

My drivers side mirror was smashed on my 1999 Maxima. I have a replacement, but I can't figure out how to install it.

Take the inside door panel off and you will find that there are three bolts that hold the mirror on from the inside.  The door panel has to come off to get to the cover that is on the inside of the door.  Also, you have to take the door panel off to get to the harness.  Also, there is a plastic vapor barrier that has to be pulled to get to the bolts.  I use duct tape to cover the holes that I make to gain access to the bolts.
