Nissan Repair: Nissan, nissan skyline, throttle body

I recently had a gas system installed in my 1988 nissan skyline, and when I run it on gas, it revs too low and stalls. The guy who installed the gas said my ISC motor was faulty. How do I replace it?

Take it back as it is not adjusted properly and his supposition that the ISC is defective is not correct since it worked properly before he installed the system.  You could clean the throttle body but I bet it is his system that is not metering properly.
