Nissan Repair: cd player 2002 nissan maxima, sil sil, nissan maxima

My 6 cd player(oem Bose sound system) is not working.  The radio works fine. The player is an all in one unit in the dash. It will not play, eject or load cds.  An error message shows on the display as follows:
 "cd error fo"
That is exactly how it reads.
I have checked the fuses and they are fine.  Is there a switch or button or some other method to make the cd player work

The six disc changers that Nissan uses in the dash break often.  You have a broken head unit.  The options are going to the dealer and asking where they send the head unit locally for repair or checking the phone book. If the car is still under warranty it should be covered.  Otherwise, you are going to have to repair or replace it.  If you get it repaired be sure to use only store bought CDs in it as aftermarket and home burnt discs make them go out quicker.
