Nissan Repair: tire, wheel balancing, nissan quest

when I drive my car this morning the wheels and the car seems to vibrate especially if my speed is 30 to 40 mph. the front tires are minimally worn out  and the wheels seems to turn to the left.the back tires are not worn out. could it be that I need wheel balancing? Do I need to change the front tires? My car is a Nissan Quest year 2001

If the tread wear indicators are showing on the tires they need to be replaced.  These are high spots on the tread and when the tread wears down you will have a smooth line across the tread.    ALso, I would have the back tires balanced when you get front tires.  Lastly, check the alignment while you have it in for tires.
