RV Repair: Electrical, jayco eagle, vent fan

Question
I own a 2005 Jayco Eagle and recently was on vacation and had a tree branch fall on the roof and put 3 holes in the rubber roof membrane and tore the canopy.  I had it repaired and when we went back to the campground, we set up the RV and hooked up all of the utilities.  I turned on the lights and they were very dim, as if they were running on a drained battery and not on the 120. The TV, frig, and microwave all power up, but the lights and the vent fan in the bathroom operate as if there is very little power.  Before the repairs we were on vacaion and everything worked fine.  I did flip the main breaker off and on a couple of times.  When you flip the main breaker off the tv and microwave lights go out and when you flip on they come back on.  The lights never get any brighter.  I also noticed I do not here the common humming noise from the power inverter.  Is there something they did when they made the repairs and is there something I can do to correct it?  I flipped all of the breakers on and off with negative results.  Everyone else had full power in the campground and we even tried plgging our RV into the neighbors outlet with negative results.  Is there another switch to try?

Answer
It is not uncommon to have a fairly new convertor/inverter go bad. It sounds like that might be the problem. I wouldn't think they had to mess with any wiring when they did the repair.
I would call Jayco Customer Service and see what they think.
