RV Repair: pee smell in bathroom, happy camping, 5th wheel

I know this may seem like a stupid question but here it goes. We just bought a 1999 Wildwood 37' 5th wheel and cant get rid of a pee smell in our potty room.it seems to be coming from the toilet but cleaning wont get rid of it. Any ideas on a cure?

       First have you charged the holding tank with deodorant and a few gallons of water?  If so does the toilet bowl hold water?  It needs to have a few inches of water in the bottom of the bowl to provide a vapor barrier for odor control.  If all that is okay the you can check the sewer vent on the roof to make sure its not blocked.  If all this fails to correct the problem you might consider putting a new toilet in.  I hope this helps good luck and happy camping.
