    It can be done and it will run approximately 1-2K per linear foot.  Some things to consider before going ahead with this type of modification would be the additional weight which may overload your chassis, and the fact that the additional weight will all be on one side of the coach.  I know there are shops in Kansas and Arizona that do this but not sure about anywhere else.
