RV Repair: Tent trailer paneling, palomino tent trailer, rv supply store

I own 90 something palomino tent trailer and its front paneling(the large paneling directly behind the hitch) is separating. Is there anything I can use to glue it back together? Also the skylight(vent) is missing. Where can I get the replacement part?

My guess is that the front panel on your pop up is plywood skinned with metal or fiberglass and the answer is none that I know of.  It's not all that hard to replace the whole panel, that is what I would do.  Skylights and parts are available at any RV supply store or online at camping world.com.  Ebay also has several listed for sale.
