Saab Repair: 2006 Saab 9-5, saab dealer, electrical system

Question
I just read your response to a question about an ignition module (key) problem. If I do not turn the key off and pull it out quickly, it does not turn off the electrical system. The engine stops running, but the bell chimes when the door is open as if the key were still in the ignition. I took the car to a Caddy/Hummer/Saab dealer; they ordered the module--from Sweden.  They have now replaced it, and it has started doing this again.  Also, in this mode, the key cannot lock or unlock doors/trunk.  I am going to try another dealer this time.  The car is still under warranty.
Any other reports of this? Somewhere in this process, I got the impression that this was not an isolated incident.
Also, what's the deal with the Hummer/Saab dealer remark that I saw in another response from you.

Thanks much,  Tony

Answer
1)What do you mean by module? The key cylinders on these have a tendency to stick, not pop up,when the key is removed. This fools the car into thinking the key is still in the ignition which is why the remote won't unlock/lock the doors
2)What remark re: a Hummer/Saab dealer. You may be thinking of someone else or I have forgotten the remark.Refresh my memory
