i have 15-ohv kohler wont take moor than iddle if you iddle up it revs up and down . it will iddle all day thats it
new gass clean the tank changed filter and fule line clean cab. and bole help ples

It sounds like you have a blockage in the high speed jet, and a complete carb disassembly and cleaning is needed.  Generally the
jet is located in the column that the carb bowl nut screws into, and in some cases the bowl nut itself serves as a jet.  But in your case
I think the jet is above the nut, so removal of the carb is needed to
get at it.
