Small Engines (Lawn Mowers, etc.): Toro walk behind, assembly drawings, question pool

Am trying to change drive belt from transmission to drive pulley .cant see a thing .have the old belt off and new one on cannot figure out how to get the belt guide back in position .
I had it in place once and started engine and it was hitting on something so took it back apart and now cannot get the belt guide back up in place ,just no room to get it back up under the plate just above the blade drive pulley .

You can View a Breakdown/IPL of the Mower at this Site Addy, https://lookup3.toro.com/partdex/default.cfm and Select Start Parts Viewer. Now Enter the Model Numbers.
