Steering Column Repair: 1994 Chevy tilt wheel replacement, tilt wheel, tilt column

I removed the steering wheel off of my 1994 National motorhome.
It is a 454 Chevy chassie, gas engine.  I can not get the wheel back on.  Can you give me step by step instructions to put it back together.
