Steering Column Repair: Ignition Key Tumbler Replacement, steering wheel puller, gm vehicles

I have a 88 Chevy with tilt wheel. I need to change the lock tumbler. I have had them apart before but, Cannot remember how to get the tumbler out. I have a steering wheel puller and the lock plate depressor tool. I know there is a trick to it I just don't remember. It's been awhile since doing this.
