Steering Column Repair: air bag horn, mercury sable, ford product

on a 1997 mercury sable the horn is not getting any voltage, but is getting juice underneath the colum wiring harness. by trouble shooting i narrowed it down to the coil assembly in the steering wheel. Where can i find part # 14a664 ford product?

It has been my experience with Ford products that many parts go out of production after 5 years. Thus trying to get new is very difficult. As much as I don't like getting parts from junk yards, the only option may be to buy a used steering column for the parts. Other than that, I can't help you.
